2. Services Description
Catfin operates as a digital lending marketplace that connects borrowers with RBI-registered banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). We provide loan eligibility checking, loan comparison, and application facilitation services. Catfin is not a lender and does not make lending decisions. All loan approvals, terms, and disbursements are at the sole discretion of the respective lending partners.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 21 years of age, an Indian citizen or resident, possess a valid PAN card and Aadhaar card, and have a regular source of income. Additional eligibility criteria may apply based on specific loan products.
4. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and loan application. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws and regulations.
5. Loan Application Process
When you apply for a loan through Catfin, your application and personal information are shared with relevant lending partners. Catfin does not guarantee loan approval. Interest rates, loan amounts, and other terms are determined by the lending partners and may vary based on your profile and creditworthiness.
6. Fees and Charges
Catfin's eligibility check and loan comparison services are free for borrowers. However, lending partners may charge processing fees, prepayment charges, and other fees as per their policies. All applicable charges will be disclosed before you finalize your loan application.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Catfin platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the CredMatch™ AI technology, is the property of Catfin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Catfin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. We do not guarantee the accuracy of loan offers displayed and are not responsible for the actions or decisions of our lending partners.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
